Shipping Policy

Lumioo Studio is a brand operated by Black Rabbit Ventures LLC.

At Lumioo Studio, we aim to process and ship your orders with care and efficiency. Each order is handled thoughtfully to ensure your items arrive safely and in good condition.

Shipping Methods

We primarily ship using UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL, selecting the most appropriate carrier based on destination and order details.

Shipping Rates & Destinations

  • United States: Free standard shipping on all orders.
  • Canada: Free standard shipping. Taxes, duties, and import fees are not included.
  • Australia & New Zealand: Free economy shipping (up to 21 days) on orders over $299 USD. Free shipping may not combine with other promotions and may not apply to all products. Customs duties are not included.
  • International Orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package details. We work with a network of international carriers to provide competitive rates. Customs duties and import fees are not included.

International Coverage

We currently ship to the following countries outside of the U.S. and Canada: United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Greece, Estonia, Cyprus, Croatia, Bulgaria, Norway, Switzerland, Andorra, Iceland, Monaco, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Israel, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods or depending on product availability. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment’s progress.

Packaging

We take extra care in packaging to help ensure your items arrive in excellent condition. Lamps and fragile products are wrapped with bubble wrap and protected with additional padding materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Damaged Products During Transport

If your order arrives damaged or if any issues arise, please contact us at lumioostudioshop@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you promptly.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For international shipments, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges may be collected upon delivery depending on your country’s regulations.
