Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for orders shipped within the United States. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, components, and accessories.
U.S. Orders (Free Returns)
For U.S. customers, we offer free returns within the 30-day return window. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
International Orders
For orders shipped outside the United States, returns are accepted within the same 30-day window. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customs duties and import fees are also non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Items that have been used, installed, or altered
- Items not returned in original packaging
- Custom or final sale items (if applicable)
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact our support team at lumioostudioshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within up to 14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order details so we can assist you promptly. All orders include shipping insurance.
